Abundance was a virtual web-installation that came out of research I was doing into economics, magic and resources. 

I was working with the idea of a golden egg, and how it's both about caring for a special bird that lays them, but often the people in fables end up killing the animal to find all the golden eggs inside. I like that tension, the liminal space, the desire for wealth and prosperity at the cost of harm. 

I got into sculpture here, and ended up hollowing the eggs out and 'replacing' the membrane with gold. What has left this space? What kind of portal is this? How is value formulated? 

The animated rolling text was taken from the Emerald Tablet text. Really into the language of Manifestation and other practices in modern witchcraft. 

Here, the performance led to an online installation, as part of the research.
