Mend is a video performance.

Interested in labour and care, Mend belongs to a series of ongoing video performances. What does it mean to spend our time and energy outside of capitalism forms of production? This is the central question of this particular performance.

This is ideally paired with a workshop on how to mend clothing.

Reflections:

. It’s really a meditative video. Talks about time and labour, which brings us into sustainability & community.

. Self-care as resistance, which transforms into care for our community & the larger world, by existing in opposition to capitalist forms of value.
